How Siwach collects, uses, stores, protects and deletes personal data.
Account details, workspace details, team/member records, imported files, extracted action items, relationship profiles, tasks, approvals, messages, email metadata, calendar metadata, device/app diagnostics and support messages may be processed to provide the service.
Data is used to operate the Executive OS: Command Brief, Action Items, Waiting-On, Approval Inbox, Relationship Timeline, letters, greetings, MoM, reminders, notifications, support, billing, security and legal compliance.
If Gmail or Calendar is connected, Siwach uses that access only to create calendar events, send approved/reminder emails, read replies needed for action item status updates, and maintain audit logs. Google data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Data is shared only with configured mail/calendar providers, hosting/database/storage providers, payment providers, support tools, legal authorities when required, and tenant-authorized users.
Workspace data is retained while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized after closure unless legal, billing, security or dispute records must be retained. Users can request account deletion from the app or the public deletion page.
Depending on location, users may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, consent withdrawal or opt-out of certain processing. Requests can be submitted from the Data Deletion and Rights page.
Siwach is a business productivity product and is not directed to children. Tenant admins must not upload children data unless they have lawful authority and required consent.
For privacy, deletion, security, billing or compliance requests, use the Data Rights page. Siwach keeps these policies updated whenever app behavior, SDKs, vendors, permissions or data processing practices change.
