Tenant admins are responsible for user access, lawful data upload, consent, email sending authority, approved template content, recipient accuracy and automation rules.
Automation safety
Siwach provides approval-first controls, logs and pause mechanisms for high-impact actions such as direct send, print or external communication.
No misuse
The service must not be used for spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, credential collection, unauthorized scraping, deceptive messaging or violating third-party platform rules.
Availability
Local, hosting, email, Google, Apple, Meta, payment and network outages can affect functionality. Critical actions should be reviewed by an authorized human.
