Cancellation
Tenants can request cancellation from billing/support. Access continues until the paid period ends unless policy or abuse requires earlier suspension.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated according to the plan, payment gateway rules, local law and whether significant service usage occurred. Enterprise contracts may define separate refund terms.
Founder offer
Founder pricing may be lifetime for eligible early customers, subject to fair usage, payment continuity, abuse prevention and plan terms.
